aluminum exhaust tips
made alum exh tips out of quarter inch alum using powertig 200lx and powerplasma50 and they work great. I added a 25 ft watercooled package with a 225 amp water cooled flex head torch and a water cooler had no problems welding at 170 amps straight for minutes at a time and the welds come out great just as good as my 700 pound lincoln squarewave tig 350
