    ok I got my powerultra205p yesterday its a great cutter welder checked it all out only thing iam wondering is when I plug in the plasma cutter connection its a little bit lose all the other cables are nice and tight the plasma will wiggle a little bit and really don't tighten up like the others do is this normal ? the torch is a purple color if that helps .......thanks

    Probably a difference in a thousandths or two of machining. You may have a burr under the female connection that is preventing it from getting turned all the way..

    When I plug any others into that port ithets nice and tight

    Burr on the male end then. Doe it rotate the same amount?

    When putting plasma in to the workpiece plug it dont tighten eather all other male ends are solid with a nub plasma end had a ring around it
