What am I looking at?

This might be posted in the wrong area - my apologies if it is...

In this CL listing, http://dallas.craigslist.org/mdf/tld/4003512566.html , the "stock" picture is not the same as the picture of the real item.

Was it a change in design, or are these not the same type of unit?

That is a picture of NEITHER in the description. The "new" picture is not of the new 164...too many knobs. The old one...who knows? Very few of those were sold. Not sure if this is legit or not.

DV function is a new feature. And neither would be up to 1/4" aluminum tig I don't think. 3/16 would be more like it.
