    Hey does anybody have or know where I can get some good cutting parameters for the unit? The manual that it came with is all in Chinese...

    Does anyone have a chart as to what amperage for certain thicknesses .... Etc. ?

    Faster cut = smoother cut. More amps = faster cut. You want the torch moving as fast as possible without skipping. 60amps

    The manual I posted earlier was for the 60c... DaveO had the right one for the S.

    I generally recommend 20 amps for the first 1/8" and then 10 amps for every 1/8" after that.

    Your best bet will be to get the thermal dynamics 40amp unsheilded cut speed chart. These import machines dont have any kind of cut speed parameters in their manuals..
