Just wanted to say what a darned fine customer support team you all have here. I had a question about my new PM205 and of course it came up over a weekend. Well at noon on a Sunday nobody is going to answer the phone, but guess what? Mike answered and within about 10 minutes helped me to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Problem solved and I am back to welding. I used to do customer support for a small company and the difference between customers raving about you or raving against you is all in how issues are dealt with. Mike sure went above and beyond here!
