Default Need some ideas for a Hangar door.....?

Ok... Still designing my "theme" room which is mainly vintage airplane with a little industrial feel thrown in.

I am going to make the back wall that you see as you walk in the room, all corrugated metal. Most of the corrugated will be in metal frames that will look like hangar doors.
I want to make the door have multiple panels like a lot of hangar doors I see, and have the doors just like the real hangar doors.....one panel in front of the other till its fully open.
Behind it will will be the sheetrock but have a full wall mural of the inside of an old hangar with planes like a P40/P47, maybe some LED's where the lights are on or something.

The thing I'm a little stumped on is the door track and rollers or whatever is needed!?!? Basically. how to make the doors open and catch the next door as I pull it open!?!

Picture of what I'm thinking... http://a-s.yolasite.com/resources/Je...=1369742829085

You can look up box track barn door hardware. This site has some different styles, maybe a bit more old school than you are looking for.

My shop has that same system of hanging doors. However since your actual weight is much less, you may want to adapt something like closet door hardware instead. Tabs on the doors cause them to interlock as they open and close.

I'm picturing in my head some big heavy duty track, top and bottom, but really I should think simple and easy...

Thanks for the links...This looks like something I could use...

I Don't want to see the rollers like some of those systems.

So your saying..... I would use a roller system like the above link and just add a tab that will "bump" against the next door and make it open with the first door?

As far as the roller system in the link, How would you control the bottom of the doors so they don't swing in and out loosely?

Nevermind.... I see it shows bumpers down low like in a sliding closet door. Guess it's basically the same

This is perfect to make it work like I want.... BUT.... I really wanted it to make noise when it opens, like old rusty metal caster noise.
    I might be overthinking this.
