If I don't like the size of the Tig torch on the 200. Can I just replace the body or do I have to get a complete torch. Just searching ebay looking at options for something small or even flexible for those tight to reach or awkward areas.

The internal connections vary from brand to brand, so typically you would swap the torch and cable/hoses when switching brands. The stiffness of the stock cable and cable cover is one of the complaints, so it makes sense to swap that when changing torches. However, the stock setup is not bad to start out with. You can also get stubby components that shrink the size to very close to the smaller torch series. For example, here is the stock and with the stubby kit...
And here are an assortment of common torch sizes (no micro torches shown)
All of these can also have short back caps installed for tight areas.

Long arc, short arc, heliarc and in-the-dark!
I have had Lincoln and Miller, but I just cant justify the cost of the units. I have always searched for economical (as opposed to cheap LOL) tools and items. I look for used stuff at pawn shops and on craigslist. After much reading, nail biting, I finally made the choice and ordered a Powertig 185. Talked with both Alex and Oleg (even talked with Oleg on Sunday, that's sales dedication right there). I took the chance and am very handy and hands on. If the unit arrives broken or non working I will give them the opportunity to make it right. My gut says I made a good choice and that the unit will be as good as I hope. It seems from everything I have read, that they listen to their customer base and add features. They also upgrade weak or less desirable items with new better versions. You cant ask for much more than that.
Time will tell and I cant wait for the unit to get here.
