    Default New cart

This is what I came up with for a cart for all the machines. Found one similar on google and liked the way it was done. Takes up the same foot print as my old Acklands 220v welder just taller. The only problem that will cause is when I have it parked next to my lathe I have to move it out if I put a long piece of rod through the head stock. I didn't take a picture of the back but I have 2 tanks on there plus Y-hooks at the top to hand the power cords up that are not in use. (wish I could get a 3 way splitter for that). Closed in the top section so I can store my helmets in there and any consumables along with my tig fingers and manuals. Still testing it out , might put a few more hooks on there just to hang things and try and keep the cables separated. Hard to figure out how many hooks are needed until everything is in place.
The storage rack in the background is where I store our sleds in the summer so it is always in the shop. I figured I might as well take advantage of it a put a fold down table on it for small work projects. You can see in one it is clean, but like any flat surface in my shop stuff will eventually get piled on top. I gave up cleaning the shop yrs ago. I just call it a organized mess. I know where I used something last, if I clean up I always go to the last place I used the tool not the last place I put it in the tool box.
