I wonder, does Amazon set the price, or is that something arranged through or with or by Everlast?

I'm guessing Amazon. They do some strange things. The other day I was just shy of reaching $25 of little add-on items to get free two day shipping. So I looked around and found a cat bed on closeout for $4 to put me over. So then they split the order up and shipped it in 3 boxes with two different carriers. And the cat bed was the biggest box. I'm sure it would have been better for them to just throw it away.
They did get the Post Office to deliver their packages on Sundays. Lately, I can place an order at night and sometimes have it in my hands before noon the next day, with regular shipping. Crazy.
