Argggg.....
Skipped TWO teeth yesterday, I guess this is going to be an On Going issue.....
May have skipped one a couple of days ago and I didn't notice, didn't get bad enough until it was more than that.
I going to stick with my original assessment now though - THE TEETH ON THE BELT AND GEAR ARE NOT THE SAME! Not only is it made of the wrong material (too thick, too hard rubber) but it's just a 'close match" not the right match on the TPI. It is clear to me now that I try to wrap the belt around the Entire gear. I have pointed all the teeth, rounded the edges on both pieces, and yet by 7-8 engagements they start "stacking-up" on each other.
I guess what ever was Cheap & Available was the criteria when purchasing the parts
The only good thing is, I keep thinking "Oh Crap, something's going bad in the Welder!" and I'm actually relieved to find it's just that crappy pedal Again!
