    Default Power Plasma 60S Questions

I received my PP60S and it seems to function well. The question I have is: should there be ANY air pressure leakdown type noises when not powered up but connected to air source? Mine hisses a little when setting unpowered with compressed air attached and dialed down to appropriate float pressure (via tester) at torch nozzle (about 88 PSI). It seems as if the sound is coming from within the cabinet. If it isn't supposed to be releasing pressure, how does one correct this leakdown issue?

I had a PP60S and it work fine but when I shut the air off it would leak down slowly so I took the cover off and tightened the hose clamps and it stopped. My PP70S did not leak at all, it will hold for weeks and only go down 40 psig not worth looking for the leak.

If the supply pressure is greater than 90 psi, it will likely leak.

The overall pressure has never exceeded 88 psi. I have dialed the pressure down to 60psi at the supply dryer and it still is not "quiet".

The dryer could be leaking, but it's more likely that there's a loose or unseated line inside.
