  1. Default PP 80S wiring up CNC port question

Just got this best in and ready to transfer over to plasma DHC table. Currently I have using a Hypertherm 380. I have removed the CNC cable from the 380 and just would like to know where the 4 wires will plug into what numbers on 80S?
If anybody has done this already, please chime in. Thank you

See page 24 of the manual for the pinouts.

    Thanks Rambozo,

I currently have that print out as well. It does help 50% of the problem. The other 50% is I have no ideal of the polarity of pins 5 and 7. PC has told me if I connect these 2 wires to the wrong pins I may smoke there board. So I may have 1 chance to hookup the wires.
I;ll give everlast a buzz in the morning to get the polarity on the pins.

    Thank You

Here is an older drawing that has the polarity labeled, but since you may damage things, I would invest in a volt meter just to be sure. Also be aware that there are current limiting inline resisters on those pins so the voltage reading on your THC might be different from the settings that worked good for your Hypertherm.
