  1. Default Hi hoping to become a customer.

Hi, I'm a Technology & Engineering teacher in Minnesota. I've been trying to contact everlast about Information and educatinal pricing on a plasma cutter. I have had no luck so far getting a response. Is there anyone out there that can give me info about how everlast equipment stacks up to other brands, and how customer service is as I will have students using this equipment.

Welcome, TechEd89! How have you been contacting Everlast? A direct telephone call to the San Francisco offices may be your best bet: 877 755 WELD (877 755 9353) and ask for Oleg, the owner, or sales if he's not available. There's a time zone offset for California, of course.

When I was researching vendors I looked around the internet and found WeldingTipsAndTricks.com, and found a review that I thought represented Everlast in a good way. That particular review was for a TIG welder, rather than a plasma cutter, but will give you a reference point. Customer Service is outstanding, in my opinion, although you should form one for yourself.

Let us know how it goes!

Edit: The SF office will probably not be open today on a weekend. Mike and Mark, mods on this forum, check in on weekends but it's their day off too.

    Thanks Dave

I was trying to contact them by email. It tends to be easier then phone because it can be difficult to get enough time for a conversation. I think it took me the better part of a day to complete the first email, for some reason the students need my attention in class. Lol

I hope I can find that this is a great company and great products so I can have a continuous relationship with!
