PU205P plasma fitting

PowerUltra205P plasma torch air hose fitting is blocked when torch dinse fitting is screwed in. See attached picture. Question - any quick fix, do I need to open cabinet and change position of fitting, etc? Will this void warranty? Simple fix, I don't mind, better than sending unit back. Or wrong dinse connector?

No, probably a slight machining burr on the inside, or it's not being fully locked in.

Nope. Same amt of travel both dinse fittings. I spoke with Tech, suggested talk to Sales, possibly torch adapter wrong. Just trying to avoid opening the case and moving fitting.

my pu205p is about a year old the plasma fitting never did fit tight but it works great anyhow

Nah, fits tight, just rotates 180 degrees and stops in front of air quick disconnect. If Sales/Tech doesn't have an answer, I'll prob wind up opening case and turning female dinse fitting to where it won't obstruct air fitting. Just a minor PITA with a new machine

On occasion one will get skewed a little when being locked down at the factory. I have experienced this myself on a unit. I did end up poping the cover and turning it (female dinse). Unit opens from the back if you go that direction.
