Are you new to TIG, or just this machine?
AC or DC? 2T or 4T? Also not real clear on your settings, since you grouped amp and time settings together.
Preflow 1 second, you could go a lot lower with that.
    Postflow?
    Upslope ?
    Downslope?
    Start amps?
    End amps 45
The display will show the actual amps during the weld, if you have end amps set at 45, that is what it will read at the end.

    Post flow. 45
    Up slope. 5
    Down slope. 5
    Start amps. 45
    End amps. 20
Tried it in 4t and 2t both the same gas keeps runing
Tig hf dc on Carbon steel
Argon pure at 3ltrs per min

One thing you can try, instead of turning off the bottle, just turn off the welder and see if the gas stops. If that does it, you might have an ODD gas solenoid problem that has been reported before. Tech support can walk you through fixing the solenoid. As I recall it was also on a multi-function machine, but I don't remember the exact steps to fix it.
Does this happen just with argon for TIG, or does it also occur when using compressed air for plasma cutting, where the air doesn't stop after the post flow?
Either way just give tech support a call and they can sort you out.

You could have a problem with the pedal or the connection to it maybe too...

If the machine saw the pedal sw as ON, the gas would flow. Do you hear HF at the same time? I'd unplug the pedal or sw from the machine and see what happens. My 256 did all sorts of weird things just from the connector plug being a little loose!

Mine did this with the torch switch. But mine would turn on gas and HF start just turning it on. Like said Just unplug the switch (while its on), If it stops, It's the switch. If it is you can "get by" with the foot pedal until you get your new switch.
