Thanks guys! I think the progress with steel is good but with aluminum (AC) still bad. The arc is inestable all the time and the rod jump all the time when i want the fusion. I swapped again with DC and works great. I want take a video to show what is the problem. :-)!

Can you flip the steel over, grind it really good and try again. You are getting better, but have a ways to go. And you have not stuck two pieces together yet. Maybe cut it in 1/2 and groove the two pieces and try that, might come easier.
