cws vs. aws

currently doing a new job at factory i work for and the new customer we have is a canadian company and asked if we are aws certified ,when i checked into getting certed they asked if i wanted to be canadian certed and was told it is a lot harder to pass ...my question is why?anyone have a canadian cert?

I think you mean cwb as there is no cws, the cwb tests aren't too bad I have my all position flux core its basically a single bevel butt joint with a backing strip and a half inch gap I believe.
