I am waiting for UPS to deliver my PP164.
Unfortunately I think it got lost in transit.
UPs tracking shows a pickup scan on 6/20 with a delivery date of 6/27.
Mid-week I notice an absence of follow-up scans so I called and UPS assured me my delivery was on schedule.
Well, the 27th passes with no welder.
Now UPS admits something may be amiss and they open an investigation.
Here is the point of this post:
As soon as Everlast was notified of a potential problem they had another welder in the mail for me.
No hassles, questions etc.. Literally while I was talking to UPS, a new welder was scanned into their system and was on its way.
I don't pretend to know what happened at UPS but I am pleased and impressed with Everlast's response.
