Yesterday I had a problem with my Tig torch and Mike helped me out!Yesterday was Sunday, these Team Members are there 7 Days a week, You can't find that anywhere but here!!!

Received the replacement Tig torch
Friday I received the Tig torch Friday afternoon.
Checked the Argon and water lines, the hose was wrong but changed the connector to the Argon and were good to go.
That was fast!!!
Thank you Oleg, Mike and Mark for the GREAT Support and Response to your customers.
I emailed Oleg with the insurance and tracking numbers of the returned Tig torch.
