Thread: New 325EXT gas fitting?

  1. Default New 325EXT gas fitting?

Just received my new PowerTIG 325EXT and wanted to get a 90 degree fitting for the back gas connection, which currently is interfering with my Argon bottle. Does anyone know what size fitting I would need and where I might get one?

    Thanks in advance,

    Craig

I tried many times to do it and they are still to long I found it easier to just put a 1X1 square tube between the tank bracket and the cart that is on the Everlast one.
    Good luck on finding something.

Thanks Kempy for the reply. Do you remember where you bought the parts for your 90 deg fitting? Seems odd that nobody makes anything like that though, I would think it's a common concern with the gas port coming out of the center of the machine like that.

Kumaichi the fitting you want is a AW-407 page 14 made by Western Enterprises this just one of the company's that make fittings.
    This is the book (http://westernenterprises.com/wp-con...tings-2012.pdf)

It looks like the AW-407 might do the trick, depending on how long that one leg is. Thanks Kempy for looking that up and sharing, guess it's time to start experimenting .
