Very nice. How bad was the cleanup? It is nice you can make your own parts. Did torchmate come with controller and software?

That's really good work. Oleg forwarded me pictures of that last you night. If you can, post up the consumable size, material thickness, amp used, thc or not, speed etc. and the details about what it is and why it's needed ( for conversion I believe) for others reading interest.

IF you can swing it, I'd suggest getting the machine torch as performance should be better.

This part allows the factory tach in ford trucks work with a cummins engine, metal is 3/16, cut rate was 40 ipm, at 45 amps, no torch height control, consumables are 1.0 tip for the s75 torch. I am looking to getthe machine torch in the future. Thank you for the questions.

Very impressive work. After cutting and clean up did you have to balance it, like you would for a boat prop?

i had to draw the whole part, spent about 45 minutes drawing it and about 3 minutes cutting each one, the soft ware is pretty easy ince you rap your mind around the terminology, but they have a awsome customer support center to help you with any issues, or questions, thye know the machines and software very well

Pretty slick. So you drew it in their cad/editor. And then sent it to cut? If so, slick. So you added computer and plasma cutter and you were running? How bad was assembly? I looked at the 2x2 but never bought. Sounds like it was pretty straight forward.

That would work for me.. Little tight but nice, that is how we work here. So the software was not too bad, or their support is really good. is that a 2x4? Mind PMing price breakdown LOL. Nice thing is, over time it will pay for itself.
