Hello. I don't have a 200E. But do have the "Little Brother" to it. The 140E. As I only have a 120V outlet. Like you I am a New Owner. So far the only issue I have had is with some of the Consumables. As they need to come from Everlast directly. Have not been able to locate a Dealer locally. I love that I can use it constantly without tripping the Protection circuits. Or even the 20A breaker. It runs pretty quiet.

No, you don't need to get consumables directly from us. As far as the gas nozzles/cones, there are multiple sources locally and online. Northern Tool, Harbor Freight, and TSC are common places you can buy them. You can also get them from places like Snapon, Matco or other places as they all use the same guns. HTP and Clarke and a whole bunch use this. The consumables are available from many online retailers such as HTP, welding direct(under Nutech name), river-weld.com, and many others. Many local welding suppliers are either binzel or trafimet dealers and you can get them from there as well. The Tips are standard TWECO tips and are available from almost any welding supply store or Home Depot or Lowes as they fit Lincoln too.

Thanks Mark. My local dealers only deal with the "Three Kings". I did find a Spot Weld nozzle for the 15AK torch on Ebay. What I should have said was some parts. FC Drive Roller for example. When I can, I am getting the 3M Torch. The 2M is awkward to work with.

They may be dealing in name brand welders but that has nothing to do with the torches they sell or service. A lot of companies sell other brands of torches according to the customer tastes...that aren't OEM equipment. They have aftermarket suppliers so they customers can have a wide range of options.

I Apologize for "Hijacking" your thread.

My local shops have a bit of an Attitude about "Chinese" welders. They're very little help. I need to see the nicer guy for a refill of my Argon/C25. Down to about 300 PSI. Have enough for the bracket(Mentioned in a different Thread) if needed.

The best thing to do is just to bring in the parts you need and match them up. You can swap with Bernard, Tweco, Binzel, Profax, Trafimet, etc. Don't even bother going in and asking about parts for Everlast. It's all about the actual MIG gun, not the power supply, and a ton of those parts are standard and interchange. You would get the same thing if you tried to get parts for a 20 year old Millermatic. Who knows what came as an original gun and what it was replaced with. Many big name welders were sold without a gun, and that was purchased as a separate item from a different maker. Just bring in your old parts and match them up, and I'm pretty sure they will have bits that will work for you. If you want, you can make a note of the part numbers for next time.

Ram is right. Take them in and they will match them as long as not too mangled. You will find you can go to Harbor Freight for the electrodes and nozzles as well, but most LWS will fix you up and it's all about the torch. Bring torch is as well.

Come to think of it, the Miller Cricket and another Miller unit (can't remember right now) used the same gun a ways back.
