200DX footpedal malfunction

Well, I've had my PowerTig 200DX for almost 2 years now and have finally had my first malfunction.
Whodda thought that a $3.00 microswitch could give you so much trouble??????? Couldn't locate
an exact fit and with a big need to finish the job I grabbed a different but usable alternative at
the local hardware store. Only required about 10 minutes of rural redneck reconstruction and we
were back to work! All in all, still a great machine.

PM Oleg for a switch if you are not happy with your mod. We can get one on the way. Or Ray. But sounds like you have it under control.

Foot pedals only carry a 6 month warranty, so it's been three years. The parts are available I think for purchase...but a lot of it can be sourced online or locally too.

I wasn't looking for a free switch. Just letting everyone know that they can break.

And, almost 2 does not equal 3. Unless you are using common core math.
