New to welding. Which filler rod?

I just bought a everlast 160th tig/stick welder. What type of filler rod do i use? The 4 page booklet does not give any info.

That all depends on what you are welding. For steel a good all around TIG rod is ER70S2.
For a good guide, get the book "Metals And How To Weld Them" from the James F Lincoln Foundation.
