I did, he asked about seeing an arc on the inside of the cutter. I couldn't remember and had already left for work. I'm going to look at it tomorrow and then call back. He was wanting me call shipping and send it back... I'm hoping it's just something simple I could work on without sending it off, because I have a few jobs lined up and will be needing it. Its only 2 yrs old so the warranty is still on it i belive. Could it be the point gap?
Possibly, but check your consumables and tightness first. If you don't see the arc, you might need to adjust the points or there could be an issue with the HF board.
Try scratch starting it by touching the nozzle to the work. If the arc starts, it could be the HF point adjustment.

Ok I'll try the scratch start tomorrow to. I think I did that today, but can't remember. Lol I was frustrated. If it doesn't scratch start, then what's the next thing to try??
For a lil while I thought the trigger switch was going out. You would get dry fires, click it again and cut. But now nothing but air
That is a possibility. You can by pass the switch and bridge the control pins at the unit to find out. But you need to do that carefully with the torch under control. But if the air is flowing it isn't the problem most likely.
