  1. Default New here from Texas....

    Hey all!

I've welded on and off for the last 4 years with a old Lincoln 225 AC Arc and a Northern Industrial MIG 130, and so ive used both arc and mig on little projects, but i havent done anything long term.

My son is about to turn 8 months and I want to get started making a jungle gym, some new fence supports, plus I want to make a new welder cart and work table in the garage.

So i have decided to order the Power Ultra 205 from Everlast because of the construction quality of the machines, the QC steps they take to ensure only the best reach the customers, and that they have a 5 year warranty. The fact that a foot pedal comes with it also helps.

Anyways, im very excited! Im putting in the order tomorrow (5-10-10), so i will see how long it takes to get to texas.

I'll post picks of the box when it arrives!!!

Just placed my order with Katay!!

She said that it "should" ship out today (monday 5/10/10). I asked her how long it would take to get to texas and she said by friday? I hope its not that long!! Do you guys use UPS or FedEX?

We use UPS currently. In the future, we may change, but with so little options, making a change is something that we have to be 100% sure of before doing, because packaging, handling, cost, etc all change when dealing with another company.

Thats cool. We use UPS as well, and they do a good job of getting packages to our customers on time. They are also less expensive compared to FedEx for us, so we use them primarily.

    Thanks again!
