Dagumit, I looked for torches on the site, guess I didn't look hard enough, thanks. Think I'd be alright if I was "bumping" at closer to 250 Amps AC on aluminum?

Why bump when you can use pulse? It produces a better quality weld all the way around.

This would be on anodized aluminum, it seems bumping is just the way it's done as I haven't seen any info on pulsing anodized.

The results would be better with pulsing I believe and it would likely be a faster way.

Been reading all over and can't find anyone talking about pulsing anodized aluminum with any machine. Everyone uses the bumping technique. If anyone has any experience with pulsing on anodized aluminum, please post settings.
