I pre ordered the 2016 model 200 dv before Christmas. I was led to believe it would be on my door step by the 10 th. I called on the 8th and was told it would be there on the 18th. Now I once again called and was informed it is on backorder till the 28th. Mind you... I. ..had to call to find this all out. No call...no email... I had to call. Now, I wanted to own one of your welders so I gave you my money. Why am I having to investigate why my machine is not here yet? It would seem to me that the sales department would at least ... let me know what is going on. I am a small company that needs it's welder. If I would of known this, I would have thought twice about doing business with Everlast. Your machine has great reviews, that is why I wanted to try it out... but I can not do business like this . Signed a very disappointed consumer
