I do not expect Everlast to be perfect and I had a lot of respect for a company that did not delete negative comments and tried to fix things but I have to reassess this now. I was just on a thread from someone that is having warranty problems with lack of communication and then the thread was deleted. Sham on you. Fix the problem instead of covering it up . Everyone will have more respect for you and your product. I did. I know I have a warranty situation going on and have heard nothing for 3 months. The machine is working so I was not overly concerned but their really is not an excuse for bad service. Then bad comunication on top of it. Now I know when people are mad they go overboard but this area really needs a major revamp.
All brands have problems, its what you do with them that makes the difference. I still am not going to get too concerned with my own situation yet . I can wait , there are others that machines are not working at all.

I was the one having the problems and I delete my own thread . Oleg promptly called me and has completely resolved the issue. He has went above and beyond and has restored my faith in Everlast as a company. I hope it all works out for you as well.

I am just as frustrated too, Zoama. I sent a priority note to the new web guy and told him it was imperative this be fixed. All he said is "we are working on it". Same thing he has said for months.

I talked to Oleg, He is sending out the parts I need for my machine. My machine has been working and I have been using it. It just needed a few parts replaced to make it like new again. Thanks Oleg

This place has the potential to help Everlast grow. There is no better advertisement than satisfied consumers.
Not to mention the number of simple machine issues that can get solved without burdening the repair center.
