aluminum welding with mig

Hi All
need a little help, looking for a mig welder that can weld flux core and aluminum(need to be able to aluminum weld 1/8" channel together on the back corner) preferably 110 or a 110/220 welder

The IMIG200 is a good choice. Lots of power for the price. We do aluminum with it all the time. You will need a straight argon tank for aluminum and a CO2 mix for steel (or flux core) if you want to do both. I really would plan on 220volts though.

Can you get a smooth liner? Does anyone have any experience pushing aluminum through the 10ft gun on these machines? I have heard of using 5053 wire in a larger size and drilling out the contact tip a bit oversize so as to accommodate some thermal wire growth. The 5053 wire seams to have better column strength. I would like to set my I-MIG 205 up for aluminum, but not use a spool gun.
