210 ext wiring

Hi,
I have one of the older (plain 220 volt) 210EXT. For the 220 volt wires coming out of the back of the welder, is the 110 volt lines the white and black wires and the yellow with green stripe the neutral or ground wire? I've cut off the existing longer electrical cord and forgotten which wires went where.

Never mind, I see that the 220 volt cooler clearly has the yellow w/ green stripe going to the case (ground).
