Thread: POWER I-MIG 200 Wire

    Default POWER I-MIG 200 Wire

Looking at the specs on this machine - looks like .030 is the max wire size it will handle, or are there other rollers available for it?

My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder."

I believe you can use .030 and .035 with the included drive roll and a .035 contact tip. See pic> Click image for larger version.

This forum however can never be repaired to function correctly because Everlast has no interest in repairing it. "We're working on it" has been the standard reply for years with zero results.

Yes, it can handle .035. Other rolls are available. Although you can get the .045" drive roll to fit, it doesn't mean its a good idea, or that the gun will support it.

If you keep it to .030 or .035 wire the sky is the limit with this machine, I run metal core threw mine.
