I believe you can use .030 and .035 with the included drive roll and a .035 contact tip. See pic> Other drive rollers are available through Everlast sales.
This forum however can never be repaired to function correctly because Everlast has no interest in repairing it. "We're working on it" has been the standard reply for years with zero results.

Yes, it can handle .035. Other rolls are available. Although you can get the .045" drive roll to fit, it doesn't mean its a good idea, or that the gun will support it.

If you keep it to .030 or .035 wire the sky is the limit with this machine, I run metal core threw mine.
