Power Ultra 205 HF start has stopped working

I have had and used the powerultra205 for a couple years and the HF has stopped working. I can lift start it but there is no HF arc start anymore.
If you listen carefully you can hear a high pitched squeal of sorts. Looking for Tech Support.

The normal thing to do would be to phone Everlast support.

The points gap may call for checking and adjusting, as a first measure.

Give them a call.
