dont mind me for being blind but how much is the tig package for the power arc 160?

Yota, the only thing you need to do is purchase a weldcraft 17V torch locally, and a argon regulator, then you will have your tig package. You can get a DINSE connector with it or the standard hook up with an brass "eye" loop that you can hook the electrode holder to.

will the argon regulator from my hobart handler 140 work? as i know i'll have to buy a bottle of gas the bigger the cheaper (fill up wise)

Yes, it should. But you can only use pure argon($) or argon/helium ($$) for TIG.
