325 ext Display Issue

Hello all i have a concern with my welder on the program number part of the number has no display
just wondering if this a common problem or if it just a issue with my machine.

For the record everything else works perfectly fine it's just that one display.

These are a picture of the display issue and a picture of the serial number for everlast support to review.

You'll need to call support. I don't think they monitor the forum.

We do, but it was my father's birthday party (70) yesterday. That needs to be resolved. NOthing we can do on here. Just need to call 877 755 9353 ext 207 and they can help get it resolved.
