Day 3 Everlast 325EXT
I purchased this welder 13 months ago and am just starting to use it. I just wanted to make sure everything was not damaged, worked, etc. I am racing thru this as time is short for me right now. I will try the AC side today. I left my OPTREL in the other truck, so I am welding in oxy/actelyene dark welding goggles with my sunglasses over those. Ya Ya, I know, that is why short weld bursts plus I didn't hook the water cooler up yet, so I'm using the WP9 Everlast torch (only rated to 125A)
This appears to be 3003 series AL, and pretty dirty.
Set to Advanced Square at 150A
Caught bottom edge both times and ate corner away
Upper welds set at 130A and getting closer
Top middle weld is with pulse!
Everything appears to be working. I'll get my helmet and start over tomorrow!
