PowerMTS 221sti Spool gun (Miller A30?)

I purchased a new 221STI first of the year and I am sad to say I have not even completely unboxed it yet. I have an upcoming project where I will be welding a good bit of aluminum and I was looking into spool guns. I see some are getting the Miller A30 to work with other Everlast machine but is this also possible with the 221STI? I found a couple A30 spool guns dirt cheap although they may need repairs. I think these are older units and may or may not be something I could modify to use with my machine.
