I have a new 2017 255ext
The post flow sticks on frequently, I have even used the torch switch same issue.
Problem corrects itself after I turn the gas off then back on.
Anyone else having this issue?
Thanks

Nah,
But I did change out the solenoid on my 210EXT to one that has standard pipe threads, so that I could put different fittings to it for a diagonal angle to a quick-connect at the rear of the machine. I got the 24V solenoid via an Amazon seller for around $22, tax-free, free shipped, if I recall correctly.
Otherwise, I'm guessing that Everlast would be happy to send you a solenoid, if you're comfortable with installing it yourself. It's easy, but I do recall there were some threads that seemed to be neither metric nor standard, which wouldn't be a problem just swapping out an Everlast equipped solenoid. I mean, I think I still have the original one from my 210EXT. And I'd be happy to send it to you at no charge, but give Everlast a call first.
I mean, you may also be able to just remove the solenoid briefly, and shake it back and forth vigorously, to possibly get it to loosen up and stop sticking.
Please let us all hear how it goes.
And you've got that double-pulse 253DPI MIG unit too, which must be a blast to run. Nice!

Dirt, or trash of some sort is likely sticking in the valve. I'd talk with ext 207 first, but they can be cleaned, and they usually will work.
