Thread: Return customer, need a MIG this time

  1. Default Return customer, need a MIG this time

Any deals going on for something in the 200 series MIG? I assume aluminum spool gun is an option?

After breaking down and finally learning my TIG a while back, I too realized just how great of a product you guys sell.

    Thanks in advance

ps, why are my PM's disabled?

EDIT:: Here is a quote and makes me happy in the pants. Is this available yet? Does it work 100% correctly? If so, sign me up!

The Power I-MIG 200 is a good unit. Depending upon your needs, so is the 160. Both have plenty of power for that use.

The 200 has a built in spool gun option.

The liner is typically for the 250P only. The liners can be bought locally, though,as a cut to fit item. The rollers will typically feed the aluminum as they are. It is not a 100% perfect item, no, because the cable flex angles must be monitored, to prevent bird's nesting.

PM's are disabled because we had an issue with people sending spam with viruses attached.

Here is a picture showing the Spool gun with the IMG 200 doing 1/8" Aluminum.
I have no experience with Spool guns and very little with Aluminum Welding Period. I can just get by doing Aluminum . Obviously a TIG weld would be pretty but this still looks Good for larger materials. Or at least i think so with my limited experience
I think you get the general idea ,I did not really spend any time dialing it in just wanted to get a general feel .
