New 210 EXT with issues

Well here?s the quick and dirty.

Follow the manual for initial startup, aaand the fan run(s) continuously while the display never lights up. Wait the 15 minutes initial warmup and connect all my rigging, turn the unit back on and still no display. I reached out to Everlast, and nothing. Anyone had/have this problem with a good work around?

did you call ext 207 or my extension when you reached out? I don't have any emails or voice mails about such a machine. Call me.
