Thread: Welding calculator parameters

  1. Default Welding calculator parameters

The on-site welding calculator is a great tool!
Since all the argon regulators supplied by Everlast are in Liters per Min, maybe you could either tweak the calculator to output in the Everlast standard, or add the lpm to the calculator...
    Just an idea...

What we need to do is tweak the regulators.

    Hi Mark,
    Is that going to happen?
    Thanks!

Its always been on our wish list, but is a low priority. Conversion is pretty simple. Multiply lpm by 1.9 to get rough CFH

I don't think it's much of a threat to Everlast so I'll mention that big blue has one on their site also, it does it in cfh.

What I've found is if you use the correct tungsten and cup for the amp range you can usually just set it between 12-15cfh and call it good. Miller seems to jump on 20cfh as a standard and often it's too much for me. It makes it hard to keep the puddle flowing.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for. It has the conversions.
