    Default Support response times

    Hello,

I ran into a little trouble with my 225LX the other day, so I fired off an email to support@everlastwelders.com . I got an auto-reply immediately but haven't heard back since. I guess that was last Thursday night.

My expectations might be a little high on this since I've received such excellent service with my welder so far, but is this normal for a response? I'm really more concerned that somehow the email may have gotten lost.

Thanks for any input on this matter!

    Paul,
While we always encourage emailing us as a back up, our primary method is still the telephone.

Ah, thanks. I'll try to give them a call tomorrow.

My welding time is virtually always after normal hours so my primary contact has always been email. Way back in High School I took typing and now I go about 80 wpm so email / forums / etc turn out to be a much more efficient way to communicate than talking, and the hours just encourage me further into those medium.

    Just a quick followup:

It turned out that my problem was a little unusual which was affecting the response time.

Having now experienced Everlast's stellar support, I'm glad I purchased my welder from them. It was way beyond what I expected or even hoped for.
