superultra 205 foot pedal problem

I have used my foot pedal before with no problems but the other night it started sticking at 160 and it wont return to zero anymore. When i plug it in it sits at 160, when you depress the pedal it goes to 200 but wont return to zero anymore. It has full movement from bottom to top and back. Any ideas? The welder does work properly when the tig switch is plugged in. I appreciate any suggestions. Thank you

Open the pedal and make sure the cog and rail did not skip a few teeth. If you can not correct it, give tech support a call for help.

Thanks Mark. It was the gear wheel on the potentiometer slipping so I adjusted it and tightened the set screws. I also noticed that the nut that holds the pot switch was loose also so that is fixed as well. That is the only problem I have had so far and the machine is almost never off when I am home. So far I have built an adjustable height welding table with rotating top,a plow for an atv, and a plow and mount and wheel weights for my garden tractor as well as fixing the rear strut mount on a car. This is a very versatile unit
