Plasma leaks Tig won’t weld on delivery. Regulator leaked at pipe kept tightening it until it cracked. Burned up lots of tungsten and shields. No point in having 2k sitting around. They guaranteed satisfaction.

Threads delegated?? I'm trying to find the Control - Alt - Delegate button on my computer, but so far all im coming up with is this darn "Delete" button ....... Yeee haaa! Sorry but thats good stuff right there!

GTO, i dont have a horse in this ... um, let me say it more plainly, .... i dont have anything to do with the company other than being a satisfied customer with over 30 years of welding/fab experience. I cant resist commenting that your post's sound frustrated and confused. After reading I have no real idea of what specific problems your encountering, other than things are not working out for you...... no details, etc. Do you have any TIG and Plasma experience? The fact that you would tighten a regulator fitting that you determined was leaking, tighter and tighter until it cracked leaves one to question if you have used equipment like this before. These type fittings would NEVER have to be that tight. If it's leaking after being firmly snugged, something else is wrong. To crank on it till it breaks is silly. No shame if you haven't worked with this stuff just maybe be a little more detailed. And im not making excuses for them if the product is defective, but you need to be a little more articulate. Everlast will back their product. Where is the plasma leaking? What is the Tig doing or not doing? what connections. settings etc. It shouldnt take a "bunch of tungstens" to determine something is not working right if your a tig welder, and certainly not ruining cups/nozzle's. So the tig is initiating an arc but no gas flow? What color is the tungsten after you try to weld? Or do you hve the leads hooked up backwards perhaps? Are you using 100% argon? What are you trying to weld? ac or dc, balance setting? ..... on & on.

you stated in your original thread that the regulator wasn't leaking? that you soaped up the entire thing and it wasn't the leak?

your story changes often and you seem hostile and unwilling to deal with support. You say you have called but it doesn't seem like you have talked to anyone. seems to me you just don't have a use for the welder anymore and don't want to try to learn how to use it.

    hey Fab,
Did a search using the advanced feature under FabGTO and found a number of posts from this year. What posts are you speaking of? This?

I see that customer service pinged you for a number and even offered to call you back for assistance. Customer sevice can be tough if you aren't communicating clearly.

I will happily buy your unit from you, no matter what you think of it, no review needed. Shipping is to 86406.
I am out trying to 'find myself'. If I should wander back while I am gone, please tell me to sit quietly and wait for myself to return.

New to these forums and this company. But from the quality of the posts I have the impression that this is a fairly upfront organization. I am not disputing what your saying but I would suspect that there was probably an issue when you unit arrived. But "guaranteed satisfaction" does not mean a blank check. A reasonable exception of course but that still requires genuinely trying to work with the company to resolve the issue. From Oleg's response and others I have seen in this forum, they do want to resolve your issues. Have you tried discussing your machines shortcomings with them again?
