4130 BMX bicycle bottom up build

Here is my bmx build. It was a fun build, figuring out the jig was a blast. I look forward to making many more bicycles.

Nice build, it's easy to see you have talent. I just bought a JD notch master for notching some tubes, what material did you use for your build.

The material is 4130 bought at an avataion supplier, Aircraft Spruce. I have used tube notchers and they work great. I made a v block for my tool post and I cut the tubing on my lathe using my chuck to turn a hole saw at low speed. I can cut huge angles and offsets easily.
