I know we do it for people that have new units, and post their pictures and experience to help spread the word about Everlast products.

Have you done any projects you can post? Must have if you need more consumables. We plan to start building up this forum as well as most of our support is on weldingweb. I bet some posts on weldingweb and here would get you something, Alex is a good guy.

Alex, can Earl do some posting here for another set ?

    Targa3859 and others,

We might have that promotion running now, I am not really sure. The best thing to do is call the Sales office (650 588 8082) and inquire. They can get your shipping information and get a set out. Here is more tech support on the units.

    Hi Mark and Oleg,

I was told of the free consumables in an email by Oleg months ago and I joined the forum but never knew how to get recognized for the promotion. I did post a bunch of pics of on-going projects, but no one except for McClary seemed to notice. I can re-post the picks if you like. Let me know what you think.

    Thanks,
    Goat

    Question

Is there a recycling program for 60A Plasma consumables? This would be neat, because we're throwing away a large amount of metal in comparison to what's used cutting. The center of the tip burns up,then most of the end remains intact.

I am not sure what you mean, but no there is no recycling program. Of course, you can always save them for the recycler. The very center of the electrodes are usually halfnium.

Thanks, saves me from tossing them in the trash. I was just curious if you had reclaiming machine to make fresh consumables from old.

    No,

The consumables are individually made out of billet material on a lather usually then plated.

The majority of the electrodes are either copper or tungsten with a little halfinium thrown in.
