Adam,
We received notice last week they were shipped. We'll let you know when they inform us of expected delivery.

IIRC, shipping time is variable between a couple weeks to a month? If we take the average, that puts the shipment here at the first of the year. Another week for customs/shipping to the customer..... Does that sound about right?
I certainly hope this isn't the case.
I was told, in no uncertain terms, that delivery of my pre-order could be expected no later then week 1 of January.
If I am to be disappointed AGAIN regarding delivery, I would expect at the very least, the courtesy of some notification by Everlast...

AS promised, I am updating the delivery date here for all those concerned. The delivery to the port IS scheduled for the 17/18. Now as for delivery to us, we have pre cleared customs, but inspection may still be necessary and we are dealing with an official holiday thrown in. It may be mid to late week before they get to us. We did miss the Dec deadline we had by a couple of weeks, but not as bad as in the past.
Now, as soon as they come in, they will be sent out starting that day.
What's aboard: PowerTig 250 EX, PowerPro 256 and the NEW PowerTIG 185 MICRO.
A good idea will be to call and check in over the next few days to make SURE 100% that all things are good and on schedule with YOUR delivery, especially if you have been waiting on a 250EX or PowerPro 256. Yes, the lines will be busy. Leave a message or call in until you get someone between 9-5 PACIFIC... You can email as well to status@everlastwelders.com for any questions regarding shipping, tracking or confirmation.
I'll announce again as soon as I get information that they are here officially and then again when they arrive on dock.

Good news! Thanks for the update. I just hope there are enough units in this shipment to fill all of the pre-paid orders... starting with mine, of course.
There should be.

Or people who are waiting for a replacement unit, especially after waiting for the first unit to arrive, then waiting again patiently for the replacement. Total weld time on the original was only a few hours. (Had unit less than a month) I'm sure I got one of the few bum ones, and its not a regular occurrence, but I'm starting to feel the pain. Thanks for the update.
Yeah, man... you definitely got "dibs" as far as I'm concerned! But hopefully there are enough units for everybody who's currently waiting. Fingers crossed.
Sorry to hear that mrprism's unit needs to be exchanged, but I sure do hope I get "dibs" before mrprism as I am still waiting for my pre-paided PP256 order of Sept, which was 3 weeks prior to his initial order.
Getting bumped around in the queue again would be most distressing...

250EX here, so we can still be friends.
Excellent, the ship should be in port and with any luck, the Everlast containers will be on their way to the warehouse sometime this week. Thanks for the update Mark
As usual, we always get a last minute correction. The shipping company called at the last minute to inform us of a vague 2-3 day delay. They are close, but no cigar. Hang in there guys...I am waiting on something for myself...but I don't think there will be any issue with demand exceeding supply on this one for the preorders and warranty units. They are priority of course.

Did the ship ever come into port Mark? The 3 days extra delay should have put it in port yesterday. Any hope you have news?
