Mike n I played phone tag for 2 days. He called 3 times , i was busy using my pp60 and didnt hear the phone. Anyways he told me to call and get another cover for my machine. I declined as the machine still works perfectly and the burn adds a little character. Ya can't get any better customer service than that! Thanks Mike....peace out Ben

Nice to see an adult attitude towards a problem and it's resolution. I have had very good results from the guys at Everlast on issues. They know the old credo that "your reputation always gets there before you do" and they try and live up to that. that's why all my stuff is Everlast.
