Thread: PowerCool 300, Plug and Play?

Default PowerCool 300, Plug and Play?

So, does the PowerCool 300 have the correct A/C connector for plug and play with the PowerTig 225LX A/C auxillary jack?

I seem to recall being told that it did.

Yes, it will plug right into the back, most of the chatter is aout the Powerpro 256, it does not have the socket, no room for it due to the amount of stuff in there.
But the 200DX, 225LX and 250EX all have the proper matching socket.
Well maybe it's a plug, OK, how about connector.

Got my powerCool W300 yesterday. It came undamaged with two hose clamps and two barbs for the water-out and water-in. There is no water line for the torch water return as depicted on other posts. There is a line exiting the main sheathing of the torch from the torch head. There is a threaded hole in the DIN connector(connects to Welder) thru the side of the rubber insulation, but no line?!? Am I missing something?
